My favourite pizza in Jakarta and probably in Indonesia is Pizza Barboni. A pizza parlour run by a good friend of mine Anton Massoni a half Italian half Indonesian gentleman with a well groomed facial hair.
Been coming to the place or call for delivery since their opening about a year ago and tried most of the menu offered. Most of them are great and some are nice, enjoyed with ginger ale, Arbens or a simple mineral water in a bottle.
For this time i ordered Tricolore a small pizza as i only come by myself and two little guys that won’t eat a lot, it freshness allowing me to have an energy boost to survive this less than awesome hot weather. But usually i ordered Bianca for the love of pizza and cheese.
